Hi! I'm Stephanie, owner of Sage Baking Co.

Inspired by my childhood filled with bakery visits and family meals, food has always meant connection and comfort to me. When my son was diagnosed with a wheat allergy in 2019, I saw firsthand how hard it can be to find baked goods that include everyone — without sacrificing taste.

Since then, I’ve devoted time to researching, taking courses, and testing recipes with intention to craft gluten-free baked goods that taste delicious and are enjoyed by everyone.

Sage Baking Co. was born from a desire to make gluten-free options more accessible for families and individuals navigating food allergies or preferences. Based in Fort Mill, SC, I craft small-batch, gluten-free baked goods you can conveniently find in select local retail shops, through pre-orders for personal pickup, or corporate & event orders.

My goal is simple: to bring thoughtfully crafted, gluten-free treats to the community — so no one feels left out, and everyone can share in the joy.
